Policies for Refund
Designers offer a 30-day return policy, that indicates you can claim a return within 30 days of receiving your goods.
Your item must be unworn or undamaged, with tags, and in its original packing in order to be eligible for a return. A receipt or payment details will also be required.
Contact us at krocheplaza@gmail.com to get started on a return. If your return is approved, we'll give you a return mailing-label with information on how and where to send it. We will not take items sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Issues and damages
Please examine your purchase upon receipt and inform us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, destroyed, or you got an incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and correct it.
Non-returnable products and exceptions
Consumer items (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as custom requests or personalized items), and personal grooming goods are examples of items that cannot be returned (such as beauty products). Hazardous items, flammable liquids, and gases are also not returnable. If you have any questions or issues concerning your specific item, please contact us.
We regret that we will be able to accept returns on sale products or gift cards.
Exchanges Of Goods
Returning the item you have and then making a separate purchase for the new item is the quickest approach to ensure you receive what you want.
Refunds
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not your refund has been granted. If authorized, your original payment method will be instantly reimbursed. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and issue the refund.
